Annual PlanSaves 2 month’s fee when compared to Montlhy Plan.
Commitment is for 1 year, unused transactions at the end of the year lapse.
Licensees may use up the allowable number of transactions in less than 12 months, and then sign up a new 12 month plan or be charged at "Expiry Rate".
Transactions above the annual allowance will be charged at "Expiry Rate", which is 50% higher than the normal cost per transaction.
Licensees may sign up a new 12 month plan at any time.

Monthly Plan (with Rollover)Commitment is for 1 year but fees are paid on a monthly basis.
Number of transactions allowed per month is 1/12 of annual transactions.
Unused transactions at the end of the month can be used in the following month, except at the end of 12 months when they lapse.
Licensees may use up the allowable number of transactions in less than 12 months.
Transactions above the monthly allowance will be charged at "Expiry Rate", which is 50% higher than the normal charge per transaction.
Licensees can change to higher plan at the beginning of a new month, but must sign a new 12 month contract.

2-A consumer orders 100 white shirts, in 4 different sizes with one design on the front and one on the back. This would account for two transactions. Note: the total number of shirts is the same, but the transactions number has changed because of the generation of order lines (transactions) needed to process the order.

3 - A consumer orders 100 shirts, 20 in blue, 20 in white, 20 in black, 20 in red and 20 in yellow in 4 different sizes with one design on the front and one on the back. This would account for seven transactions. – Note: the total number of shirts is the same, but the transactions number has changed because of the generation of order lines (transactions) needed to process the order.

Licensee upgrade from “Print Only” to “Print + Embroidery” PlanWhen Licensee upgrades to “Print + Embroidery” Plan prior to expiry of an existing “Print Only” plan, Licensee may terminate the existing plan when signing a new 12 month plan.
